Delete your account and data

In the game
Open the game, tap Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and game data are erased from our server.
By email
If you cannot open the game, email suporte-garimpo@crowntech.com.br with the subject "Delete account" and your player ID (Settings → Account). We reply within 15 days.
What is erased
Progress, mines, managers, coins, gems and Apple/Google links. Purchase receipts may be kept for the period required by law. Deletion cannot be undone.
