Who we are

Garimpo de Bolso is developed by CROWN TECH LTDA, CNPJ 65.586.793/0001-18, Maricá/RJ, Brazil. Contact: suporte-garimpo@crowntech.com.br.

Data we collect

Guest account: when you first open the game we create a random player identifier. You do not need to give a name, email or phone number to play.

Game data: progress, mines, levels, managers, coins and gems, stored on our server so your progress is not lost.

Technical data: platform (iOS/Android), language and technical access logs (date, time and IP address) used for security and abuse prevention.

Purchases: if you buy in-app items, Apple or Google sends us the transaction receipt so we can deliver the item. We never receive your card details.

Optional Apple or Google sign-in: if you link your account to recover progress, we store only the identifier provided by that service.

Ads: if the game shows rewarded ads, the ad provider (Google AdMob) may collect data under its own policy. We do not use it to track you across other apps.

How we use it

To run the game, save progress, deliver purchases, prevent fraud and improve the game with aggregated statistics. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing suporte-garimpo@crowntech.com.br or with the delete account option in the game. Brazilian law (LGPD) applies.

Retention

We keep data while the account exists. When you delete the account, game data is erased within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep (such as purchase receipts).

Children

The game is rated for all ages and does not ask for personal data to play. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
